Engage

Reach members where they are, and hear back when they do.

Email is great for information. Texting is better when you need the member to see something now.

Email still carries the long note. When timing matters — weather, a table, a reminder before they arrive — ClubMav texts the member on the number the club has configured, and the member can text back. No app to install.

The flagship

Text members and staff, and let them text back.

Time-sensitive news gets lost in an inbox, and a one-way blast cannot take a reply. Staff end up texting from personal phones. Clubs use ClubMav to text members and staff — individuals or groups — and to receive replies in the same thread, through ClubMav on the number the club has configured for member texting. A weather hold. A dining note. A reminder before arrival. A message to the dock, the bag stand, or the loading door.

Because the thread stays inside the club's ClubMav account rather than on the personal phone of whoever happened to be on shift, the history is still there next week when a different staff member needs to pick it up.

Broadcasts: groups the club defines — a league, a roster, the pool members, a department, the dock — receive the message that needs to reach them. The clinic reminder to the sign-up list. The weather note to the group that is already on the way. The note that the terrace, the deck, or the launch window opened.

The QR the member scans, the link the member taps.

Engage is also where a member tells the club how it went — a QR at the dining table, a link after a visit, a short prompt by the pool or the ninth green. A few seconds and a tap. Enough to say the drinks never came, the launch was smooth, or the afternoon ran late.

What happens next lives in Improve. Once the response is in, routing to the right manager, follow-up and closing the loop are Improve's work — separately, and by design, so Engage's job here is just to make the touchpoint effortless.

QR codes

One place for the codes around the club.

Departments often mint QR codes in different tools. After a code is printed, it is hard to change, and the page it opens may not be the club's. Generate branded QR codes for touchpoints across the club — no third-party tool required — and point one at a ClubMav page the club already uses: a feedback prompt, a service request, an order, or a landing page.

A table tent, a cart, a locker, or a card can open the page the club pointed it at.

One layer

How Engage connects.

Engage creates the touchpoint — the text that reaches the member, the QR the member scans, the link the member taps. Serve can carry the request that comes from it into the right station. Operate carries staff coordination on the same texting layer. Improve handles the feedback separately, once a member sends it.
